Course Content:

Module 1

Select, Set-up, & Optimise your platforms. 

In module 1 we will explore which platforms are right for your taret audience. Through demographics, reach, and engagement you will learn how to select and set up the platforms that are right for you,  ensuring that they are optimised to work best for your audience.  If your platforms are already up and running, we will do an audit and optimisation plan with you to ensure you’re getting the most out of each platform.

You will learn how to identify where your target audience is online and how to generate engagement from them, and begin to refine your content strategy plan.

Module 2

Content Strategy & Planning.

Module 2 covers the broader topic of content strategy in more detail.  You will learn how to design your strategy for maximum impact & engagement, understand how todevelop a strategic library of re-usable content that your audience wants to consume, and how to add value to their buying decision.

You will be introduced to a number of content creation tools, valuable research tools for building a curated library, and templates for you to download and keep.  Through researching engagement in your chosen market, you will develop a content delivery programmet to keep your business front of mind.

Module 3

Building your Content Library.

In this module you will learn how to understand your customer’s behaviour and how your content can be placed to influence their buying process.  You will be able to focus your content in such a way that your audience wants to actively participate, ensure you don’t run out of content ieas, and develop your automated delivery schedule to increase efficiency and free up your time.

Module 4

Return on Investment.

Module 4 is all about understanding what is working, when, and where, so that you can laser-focus your time and spend on achieving your goal.  You will learn how to access analytics for your platforms, how to interpret and apply them to your content and delivery strategy, and how to measure your success.   Once you have a baseline established you will learn how to test & measure your content, refine your strategy, and engage your audience further.

 

Module 5

Advertising on Social Media. 

Undertanding which platform works best for your goals is imperative in getting your advertising right.  In this module you will learn how to set goals for social media advertising and develop a strategy to ensure your best possible result.   We will take you through, step-by-step, how to plan, place, optimise, and target your adverts on your chosen platform.  You will also be introduced to the Facebook Pixel and taken through how to set up this invaluable marketing tool.

 

Module 6

Influencer Marketing, Passive Listening, and the value of social media in Customer Services.

You will be introduced to Influencer Marketing and learn how to leverage it for your goals.

We will explore and develop passive listening and the insights it delivers for you, and develop a strong customer service strategy for social media that will help to raise your profile, reviewing examples of good (and bad!) customer service experiences so you know what to employ and what to avoid.  We will finish with a round-up of the course content and a review of your analytics & strategy.
